How we handle your project, your files, and your information — clearly stated, no fine print.

All projects include two rounds of revisions. A revision round is defined as one consolidated list of changes submitted after a review. Piecemeal feedback sent across multiple emails counts as one round when bundled, or multiple rounds if submitted separately. We'll always let you know before a revision round is charged.

Post-delivery changes are billed at our standard hourly rate. We're happy to continue working with you after a project closes — many clients return for updates, new collateral, or seasonal refreshes. Just reach out and we'll scope the work.

If you cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If work has progressed beyond the deposit value, you'll be invoiced for time and materials completed to date. We understand circumstances change — if you need to pause a project, we'll hold your files and pick up where we left off when you're ready.

We retain working files for 12 months after project delivery. After that period, files may be archived or deleted. If you need files retrieved after 12 months, we'll do our best to locate them but cannot guarantee availability. We strongly recommend downloading and backing up all delivered files immediately upon receipt.

Information you share with us — contact details, project briefs, brand assets — is used solely to deliver your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Project files and communications are stored securely and accessible only to team members working on your account.

Yes. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit) and delivered directly to our inbox via a secure email gateway. We do not store form submissions in a database. Your message goes to us and nowhere else.

Yes. For projects involving confidential business information, unreleased products, or pre-launch campaigns, we're happy to sign a mutual NDA before any project details are shared. Send us your standard NDA or ask us to provide one.

We do not store payment card information. Invoices are sent via secure billing platforms, and payments are processed through encrypted payment gateways. We accept ACH transfer, major credit cards, and PayPal. All payment details are handled by the payment processor — never by us directly.
